Q1: Can you come inside the MKU / American College hostel?
Ans: As per hostel warden rules, men are usually not allowed inside blocks (especially Ladies Hostels). We provide Main Gate Pickup. You just need to bring your bags to the security gate.
Q2: I am moving to Bangalore for a job. Can you take my bike?
Ans: Absolutely. We run a direct Madurai-Bangalore route twice a week. Your bike will reach your new PG in Bangalore safely within 48 hours.
Q3: Do I need to empty the petrol tank?
Ans: Unlike trains, we don’t require an empty tank. You can leave 1-2 liters of fuel so you can drive it immediately after delivery.
Q4: Can I track my luggage?
Ans: Yes, we provide WhatsApp updates on the truck’s location so you know exactly when your books and bike will arrive.
Q5: Bro, I have only 1 suitcase. Will you still come?
