7 days before your move

• Sort and set aside important documents (Aadhaar, PAN, property papers, school/office records).
• Separate valuables (cash, jewellery) to carry yourself.
• Declutter — sell, donate or dispose of what you don't want to move.
• Plan utilities — arrange transfer/disconnection of electricity and other services.
• Confirm your written quotation and move date with us.

1–2 days before

• Pack an essentials bag (medicines, chargers, a change of clothes, toiletries).
• Defrost and dry the fridge.
• Back up and prepare electronics; locate original boxes if you have them.
• Keep a personal bag with phone, wallet, documents and keys separate.

Moving day

• Check goods against the inventory as they're loaded.
• Note meter readings at the old home.
• Collect all keys (and hand over/collect as needed).
• Keep documents and valuables with you at all times.
• Do a final walkthrough of every room and cupboard before leaving.
• At the new home, check goods against the inventory as they're unloaded.
